PDA Basic Free Diver:

Why should I take this course?

You want to experience the underwater world naturally without breathing noises, just
you and nature. Then start with the PDA Basic Free Diver course and learn as
Free Diver to a depth of 10 meters.

Course structure

  • Theory:
  • Free diving safety rules, diving physics, diving medicine, training methods and equipment are some of the components of the course.
  • Practical training:
  • Handling the equipment, learning the techniques for breathing, as well as swimming and diving style are components plus open water dives.

Requirement

  • Minimum age: 14 years
  • Proof of buoyancy: swim 200 meters, let it drift for 10 minutes
  • Diving medical examination / assessment
  • Health declaration

PDA Free Diver:

Why should I take this course?

Increase your skills as a PDA Basic Freediver by adding your theoretical and practical knowledge.
The training increases your performance so you can dive to a depth of 20 feet.

PDA Advanced Free Diver:

Why should I take this course?

In this course, you are already in the area of an AOWD diver who is dependent on scuba diving.
You will delve deeply into the matter of Free Diving and dive to a depth of 30 meters.

  • Dives: 15 dives at 20 meters depth

PDA Pro Free Diver:

Why should I take this course?

In this course you will be in the area of a Deep Divers. Here you reach a level of the professional section of the Free Diver, while the techniques are intensified to experience an optimal dive.

Why should I take this course?

This course allows you to share your experience and knowledge of Free Diving. You share your enthusiasm for Free Diving with your students and introduce them to the world of diving without a breathing apparatus.

Course structure

  • Theory:
  • Fundamentals of pedagogy, methodology of education, teaching content are some components of the curriculum
  • Practical Training:
  • Implementation of the theory into practice by means of training units with active students, apnea group dive, and proof of one’s own physical abilities are some of the components

Requirement

  • Minimum age: 18 years
  • Education: PDA Pro Free Diver
  • Dives: 30 dives at 40 meters depth
  • Diving medical examination / assessment
