Course structure
- Theory:
- Free diving safety rules, diving physics, diving medicine, training methods and equipment are some of the components of the course.
- Practical training:
- Handling the equipment, learning the techniques for breathing, as well as swimming and diving style are components plus open water dives.
Requirement
- Minimum age: 14 years
- Proof of buoyancy: swim 200 meters, let it drift for 10 minutes
- Diving medical examination / assessment

PDA Free Diver:
